African Footballer Of The Year 2024. Ademola lookman and barbra banda were named the 2024 men’s and women’s african footballer of the year respectively on monday (16 december). Nigerian forward victor osimhen was named the caf african player of the year in 2023 while asisat oshoala earned the title of caf african women’s player of the year.
The african player of the year in the men’s and women’s categories remains the highlight of the night. Victor osimhen, the current holder of the men’s award, secured his first honour last year.
